New Album Slated for a Fall Release?

Well, Royal Nation! It looks like Britt Nicole's album release date may have been pushed from a summer release to a fall release. As I've always said, release dates change ALL THE TIME! I never let myself get fixated on a release date until I hear it from Britt Nicole's mouth! Even when I spoke with her, she and Josh said that even the record label wasn't certain on a release date at the time. 

This will give Britt Nicole more time to finalize her album after coming off of a VERY busy tour! And did I mention that it looks like there will be a DELUXE EDITION?! :) I can't wait for this new album... I just know that this wait will be SO WORTH IT! I will continue to keep Britt in my prayers, and I hope you will too!

Britt Nicole took to Twitter on her birthday yesterday to announce that she is excited to share her new music with us soon. Nicgolds all over the world went crazy! We can't wait to hear this new music either! :)

Britt Nicole Keeping Busy

Despite the start of her two month break from touring, Britt Nicole's life has not been slowing down at all. In fact, she has been busy finalizing her new upcoming album (to be released this fall) as well as rehearsing for the "This is Not a Test" tour, which kicks off October 1st. Today, Britt Nicole gave her fans a glimpse of just how busy her daily life has been lately.  Check out her photo (above) and post (below.)

"Been up since 4:30! Trained at 6am, then went to the grocery store to get food for the fam, then had a call with my manager, then my A&R, now to the studio to Work! Then to take the kids out on a date tonight! Ha ha! Coffee needed!"

She also posted a photo of herself (well, her knees haha) in the studio. Her comments on the new song that just recorded? See below.

Britt Nicole in L.A. Finalizing New Album

Hello, Nicgolds! Great news for you! If you haven't noticed, Britt Nicole has been posting a LOT on social media lately regarding her new album! She has been in L.A. for almost two weeks now working on her upcoming album and meeting with her record label. Britt Nicole in the Studio with Darkchild

Britt Nicole was working late in the studio last night with a producer named Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins. He is a famous music producer and has worked with artists such as: Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Justin Bieber, J. Lo, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna. I remember seeing him on a lot of "behind the scenes" videos with these artists... especially Britney Spears! Also, Britt Nicole was 39 weeks pregnant two days ago! Less than a week to go! :)

New Album Details

With Britt Nicole news being rather slow lately, we DO have some details about Britt Nicole's upcoming album for you! :) 

According to Britt Nicole, her new album will contain some songs dealing with "old wounds."

Believe it or not, "the former homecoming queen didn’t always have it so great in school. “I was the new girl and everyone is trying to figure out if they like you,” she said. “They threw stuff at me in class. One girl pushed me down in PE. I was surrounded by drama and made to feel like I wasn’t good enough … but it got easier.”"

"But as much as she’s grown, Nicole says that a few old wounds will find their way into the album too. “In one song, there’s a lyric about a girl getting things thrown at her in the classroom,” she said. “But I don’t want to give too much away.”"
